RECENT ACCOLADES

WINE MAKING & AGING
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 77˚F. Maceration with skins for approximately 12 days. The wine spends 4 months in American oak casks before rounding off its aging in the bottle. 

COLOR 
A bright ruby color, suggestive of a vibrant, youthful wine. 

AROMA
On the nose, its aromas have a pronounced intensity with notes of ripe red fruit and red flowers followed by sweet baking spices. 

TASTE 
On the palate, it is fresh, soft and juicy with presence of ripe cherry, raspberry, and cocoa.  

ENJOY WITH 
Perfect with pasta with tomato sauce, poultry, light cheeses and grilled vegetables. Great accompaniment to summer salads, grilled vegetables, fish tacos, and fruit cobblers. Classically paired as an aperitif with charcuterie, fish, and white meat.
