INSTRUCTIONS
1) Click the Apple or Google Play button above to download the Cvent Events app.
2) Search for LABEST Week 2025.
3) Click the download icon to the right of the event name.
4) Login with the name and email address that you registered with. You will receive a verification code via email and/or text to complete your login.
If you have not registered for this event, visit the event website to register before downloading the event app.
5) Complete your profile by ensuring your notifications are on, uploading a photo, and adding your LinkedIn URL.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Watch this video for a quick tutorial
1) From the bottom navigation bar, tap the Schedule icon. Tap the My Schedule at the top, if necessary. Then, tap the "+" icon in the bottom right to create a new appointment.
2) Select an appointment type, if necessary.
3) Use the search box at the top to find attendees to add to the appointment. Tap their name to include them in the invitation.
4) Search for any additional attendees you would like to join the meeting (up to 3). Choose an available time or choose "View all times", then choose an available location.
5) You must type in a subject for your meeting. Next, tap "Book Appointment".
6) Your invitees will receive an email and an app notification letting them know you've requested the meeting. You will receive an email and an app notification when an invitee accepts or declines your meeting invitation.
