Personal information is required for the purpose of assessing your application and your suitability for employment with Mr Apple NZ Ltd. It will be retained, used and disclosed only in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the authorisation you provide to Mr Apple NZ Ltd in this form. You must personally fill out this form to be considered for employment, completion of this form is not a guarantee of employment. All information you provide as part of your application will be treated confidentially. If your application is successful, this information will be retained on your personal file and can be utilised for the purposes of your employment with Mr Apple NZ Ltd. 

Checking your NZ work eligibility

By giving us your visa and passport, you consent to Mr Apple using your passport details for the purposes of checking your legal eligibility to work in New Zealand, through the Immigration NZ VisaView system.

Statements for applying with Mr Apple

I have personally completed this Application and Employment History form and I declare that to the best of my knowledge the information is accurate. I understand that if any false or misleading information is given, or any material fact suppressed, I will not be employed, or if I am employed, my employment may be terminated. I authorise Mr Apple to share with Work & Income employment information if applicable.

In submitting this application I understand that employment at Mr Apple may be subject to a satisfactory Ministry of Justice check and other suitable background checks. Therefore I authorise Mr Apple to conduct the checks when required and understand Mr Apple may keep a secure record of these background checks.
